NSW Reconstruction Authority Homes Reuse Program

Closure Date Extended & More Homes Available

There is some great news for those interested in participating in the Reconstruction Authority’s Homes Reuse Program, run in conjunction with Homes NSW. This is a unique opportunity for ACCOs to increase their housing stock or find spaces to run social programs that enhance our communities.

There are two essential updates to the program to be aware of:

  • New homes are being added — Do you have access to the Data Room? More homes are being added to the space for you to review and assess suitability to your community.
  • EOI Closing date has been extended until 19 October 2026!
