Six Weeks Until Caucus

This year, the 2026 ACHIA NSW Aboriginal Housing Caucus, Echoes on the Wattle: Truth, Country and Housing Justice, gathers on the lands of the Coodjingburra people on Bundjalung Country.

Join us at Mantra on Salt Beach, Kingscliff, on 5 and 6 August, now just six weeks away.

Fittingly, we gather just as the wattle begins to bloom, a quiet sign of the brighter future on the horizon for our communities and our sector. Those of you who joined us in Wagga Wagga last year will remember  how crisp a winter morning can be. Between the frost and the fog grounding flights, we decided it was the year to chase a little warmth. So this year we are heading north to the coast.

Two days on Country, with the people shaping the future of Aboriginal housing in NSW. We cannot wait to gather with you.

Spots are filling. Register now at the link below before time runs out.

Thank you, we are processing your submission.

Acknowledgement of Country

ACHIA NSW acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land we live, work and play on. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, for they hold the memories, traditions, culture, and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders across this beautiful nation. These lands were never ceded; it always was and always will be Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands.
